kodie's really good hospitality
favorite room early check-in efficient bag storage
kodie at the front desk provided excellent service. she remembered my preferences and secured my favorite room with an early check-in. the bellmen, juan, roy, and salvie, efficiently stored my bags. i felt genuinely welcomed here thanks to kodie's consistent efforts.
the room's paintwork seemed a little worn, showing signs of flaking.

The hotel boasts a central position that is walkable to several attractions i wanted to visit. there are ample open spaces nearby, a welcome escape from the city feel.

the hotel lobby includes a restaurant where guests can have a meal, very convenient. there is also a well-stocked bar as well as a spacious sitting area, offering guests plenty of options to relax or socialize after a long day of business.

The room included the main light source, alongside two smaller lamps that provided ample illumination. power sockets were available, including one with usb ports situated right by the bed. i found good space for suitcases and shoes near the door.

This place was pretty solid. The front desk team did hold my bags prior to check in. I enjoyed the bar area. I also tried a seasonal latte and it was indeed a must.
I did find one problem . The gym aircon was broken and the room had no windows. This rendered the facilities unusable.

excellent location spacious room loud music broken tiles
The location was excellent. It was easy to access transportation. The room was spacious. I appreciated the cleverly appointed space. The bed setup with my adult son worked great.
The music in the lobby played VERY loud late at night. The music didn't entice me to sit, relax, talk, or buy drinks. The bathroom in room 807 had broken tiles. The tiny shower made a pool of water all over the floor.

The hotel location was very convenient near public transport. My "large room" featured a mini fridge that I used. IT WAS quite useful.
The lobby music was a little LOUD late at night though.
